All safes are delivered to UK mainland addresses. Delivery is calculated by weight, and the correct option is shown automatically at checkout based on the product you've ordered.
Delivery options
- Standard Delivery – included in the price for smaller and lighter items.
- Door to Door – the safe is delivered to your door only. You'll need to move and position it yourself.
- Delivery & Position (Ground Floor) – the safe is delivered and positioned on the ground floor, or an upper floor accessible by a suitable lift.
- Delivery, Position & Fix (Ground Floor) – as above, plus the safe is fixed in place to the floor or wall.
Heavier safes are generally delivered on a pallet by a two-person crew. Please check that access (doorways, stairs, corridors) is suitable for the size and weight of the safe you're ordering – full external and internal dimensions and weight are listed on every product page.
Scotland, Highlands & Islands, offshore addresses
Delivery to Scottish Highland postcodes and offshore postcodes (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other island addresses) is priced on application. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm a delivery cost for your postcode.
Lead times
Most safes are despatched within 5 working days. Some smaller items qualify for next day delivery – this is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Access & positioning
If you've chosen a Delivery & Position or Delivery, Position & Fix service, please make sure the delivery team has clear access to the final location. Where a lift is required for upper floor delivery, it must be suitable for the size and weight of the safe – stairs access is priced on application, please contact us in advance if this applies to you.
