Standard warranty
Most safes carry a minimum 1 year back-to-base warranty. Certain ranges – including the Battery Commander Pro series – carry an extended 2 year materials and labour warranty. The exact warranty period for your product is confirmed on its product page.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the body, door, and locking mechanism
- Electronic lock faults not caused by misuse or incorrect battery replacement
- Fire and water seal integrity issues arising from manufacturing faults
What isn't covered
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or fixing
- Cosmetic damage caused after delivery
- Batteries (for electronic locks) – these are a consumable item
- Lost keys or combination codes
Making a claim
If you believe your safe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We'll advise on next steps, which may include a manufacturer inspection before any repair or replacement is arranged.
